South Korea didn't start by blaming there government before the conclusion of investigation. In here there people and some politicians are starting to use this tragedy and punching bag and pointing fingers to the government. Keep in mind .President is the head of state.If there was any negligence in rescue and evacuation or negligence in checking the ferry before departing ,lack of rescue equipment s and stuff like that ,where by government is responsible then he will be blamed.
