TIGER WOODS will return from his nine-month injury hell to defend his Accenture Match Play Championship title next week.
The world No 1 has been out of action since winning the US Open in June last year after reconstructive surgery on the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
Woods, 33, has been celebrating the birth of his second child, son Charlie Axel.
He said: Ive enjoyed my time at home with the family. Im now ready to play again.
He has won the Accenture three times, including last year when he buried Stewart Cink 8 & 7 and will begin his defence in Tucson, Arizona, against Aussie world No 64 Brendan Jones.
