My bad I tend to forget your country is a communist economy. Let me explain, Government should create an environment that is suitable for business. Government is not an employment agency where you go to demand for a job. Your own talent (if you have any) and creativity will create jobs, that is why Kenya has the most diverse economy after south africa. Kenya has resisted multiple calamities plaguing the world eg The financial crash, low commodity prices (This is why Nigerian, Angolan and other countries economies apart from general ignorance of macroeconomic principles).

The reason you'll never see any Tanzanian company operating in Kenya but Kenyan companies are all over the region. Kenyans are go-getters in nature and will not wait for the government to do all the dirty work for them. If they can't can't find employment, they create one for themselves and others. From when I was in 2nd year in JKUAT, I have been working in the private sector and I would never want to work for government and i would never want to depend financially on government. I was employed, gained work experience and started my own company, now I employ 16 people and pay more in taxes than what I paid when I was employed.
