Position: Tractor Drivers/Operators (10 Posts) Report to: Farm Manager Location: Katavi & Singida Duties and responsibilities 1. Operate and maintain tractors and other farm machinery efficiently and safely 2. Transport materials, supplies, and harvested crops within the farm 3. Perform routine inspections to identify and report any machinery malfunctions or safety concerns 4. Support the planting, irrigation, and harvesting activities as directed. 5. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment 6. Should be able to achieve daily work plan targets 7. Understand and follow instructions from the supervisors Qualifications/education 1. Must possess an ordinary secondary school certificate (From IV) 2. Must possess a clean and valid operator/driving license class “ G” 3. Must have attended formal training from VETA or any other reputable training institute Experience The candidates should have at least 3 years of work experience as a tractor driver in a reputable company Remuneration A lucrative package will be offered for the successful candidate commensurate with MATCC scheme of service.
