Tell that government representative in the digital commerce arena we are still struggling to deliver parcels nationwide. Example, I want to be able to sell one piece of homemade bath soap to a client for 1000 or 2000 and the total transport should cost us 500Tsh tu, can we do that??? Can our postal service cater for that.

Because we can only develop to a point in software, we also need the hardware support to move things around. One can not send or download 'gunia la viazi' via internet services alone.
