Oh boy, so you actually think it has sthng to do with someone not in authority? Yaani, i give up. My hot water shower has blown for the 3rd time this month, should i blame Baba also. After all, he has raised temperatures so high that KPLC employees cannot concentrate enough on their jobs to give a poor consumer give a steady electric supply.
