90% of English teachers in Tanzania are Kenyans...And they are preferred because they can interpret from English to Kiswahili...A Tanzanian cannot do that!Which job that a Kenyan does in Tz that a Tz can not do? There is no such thing. Kenyans in Tz have a privilege of working here only because they manage Kenyan owned companies or franchise... Not otherwise...

Kenyans have several companies in TZ and they employ many locals we need tanzania to come and invest in Kenya and not come for small small business.

Hakuna kitu kama hicho things have changed more and more. Tanzania can teach and interprate in Kiswahili. Also my friend Kenya wanapendwa kwasababu ya uwezo wa English but Kiswahili of Kenya is not pure. Kiswahili in Kenya pure is only in the coast Mombasa and Malindi.90% of English teachers in Tanzania are Kenyans...And they are preferred because they can interpret from English to Kiswahili...A Tanzanian cannot do that!
Did you really understand my point?? Tanzania as a country is a Swahili speaking nation..Few know how to write and speak English...They have been bringing teachers on board to teach children English, especially kids of the elite people..The best suited people to do that are Kenyans, who can write and talk English and still can translate the same in Swahili to their kids...My point is, a teacher from Zimbabwe and Uganda stand less chances due to them not understanding the Swahili language...Kenyans Fit in well!Hakuna kitu kama hicho things have changed more and more. Sikilizeni, kama mnaweza, jaribuni kuwagusa watanzania huko Gikomba, msikilizie mziki wake, kama alivyosema Speaker wa Bunge la Tanzania, mkiamka mtastukia watanzania wamejaza hoteli zote za Nairobi wanakula "Breakfast".
