1. Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins you need
every day, just one cucumber contains Vitamin
B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin
B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron,

Asante sana, MziziMkavu, tena mimi nina upungufu wa Calcium ntajitahidi kula tango kila siku.
 
Kabla ya kuanza kusoma nimekimbia kwenye fridge na kutoa tango moja, nimesoma ushauri huku natafuna slices, na imani ushauri huu ni wakuzingatia, agizo limetolewa kwa mdada matango yasikae kwenye jokofu mpaka yanatupwa
 
Nasikia ukilimenya tango unaondoa vitamini zote ni kweli MziziMkavu
Mkuu Sizinga unaondoa baadhi ya Vitamin sio zote .Mimi huwa napenda kula tango pasipo kulimenya nasafisha na maji kisha nakata natia chumvi kidogo ninakula kila siku ndio ugonjwa wangu hilo tango kulila.

Mkuu usinishangae...nipe elimu, imekuwa kawaida yangu kuyaweka kwenye jokofu na yanakaa muda mrefu, mlo wangu wa nyumbani ni mmoja tu tena nikiwahi saa nne usiku, kwa hiyo hata maandalizi huwa magumu kidogo
