His margin of victory is not 4099, that is the figure above the constitutional threshold.-

Kichuguu, there are close elections in this world. So winning by a smaller margin is not unheard-of.

In this case Uhuru's margin of victory is small only because of the 50% plus 1 rule. But if you look at the popular vote he won it by a variance of 830,000+ which is even more than what the other candidates (from Mudavadi on down) were able to garner.

So I get it. In close elections the vanquished side almost always tries to convince itself that it got cheated.

Remember the 50.03 includes also the rejected votes since walicalculate total votes cast

I realized that most of you Kenyans have been holding on with tribalism which is something not good at all, and I have heard others saying, " how can uncircumsised man lead us??". A good leader is not determined by all these.

Uhuru Kenyatta, mtoto wa Rais wa kwanza wa nchi hiyo ameshinda Urais kwa kupata asilimia 50.03 zinazotakiwa ili kupata ushindi yaani zaidi ya 50%.
Tuwapongeze wakenya kwa uchaguzi. Ukweli ni kuwa wameweka gear ya reverse kwenye mabadiliko. Uhuru hajapigania wala si mtetezi wa katiba mpya. Hizi ndizo limitation na changamoto za demokrasi. Kwamba unayempa nafasi ya kuchagua wakati mwingine anachagua kitu tofauti na kitu kizuri kwa taifa. mathalan anaweza chagua ukabila, udini na tumeona hata nchi za kiarabu wanademokrasi na mapinduzi hawajachaguliwa. wamechaguliwa watu wenye mrengo wa kidini na kuwaacha watu ambao wangepeleka nchi mbele katika masuala muhimu.
All in all tuwapongeze wakenya kwa uchaguzi wa amani.
