Nairobi City Council Plan To License 'Commercial Sex Corner'
The Nairobi City Council is now planning to give commercial workers a license to operate freely in the Central Business District. The Mayor George Aladwa says he has received petitions from hundreds of twilight girls who claim they are harassed by city askaris while on duty. As James Smart of NTV reports, City Hall has chosen a rather significant day to make the big announcement.
