I know you have no experience with independent bodies in your country. But Uhuru simply created the political will, all the hard work is being done by the DPP and the DCI, these do not work under the instruction of the president. It is our constitution not the president that demands this.
And why is it that you must link anything Kenyan with Tanzania?
