Unable to Instal Instalshield

Hi JF members, I am trying to install a database application in my computer but doesn't install, instead I am getting the following message, "Unable to Install InstalShield Scripting Runtime!" What can I do to resolve this? Can anybody please help me?

Try to uninstall The installsheild scripting engine from Control Panel in Add Remove programs.
