The trend of political heat in TZ is unwelcome towards the forthcoming duo election contests, from grassroots to the think tank cerebrum tube, referencing the current exchange of words between the rulers, potential dominion seekers, and normal citizens.

  1. Dominion Seekers' Critique: The dominion seekers, deemed as critics, are bitterly challenging the rulers to account for the purported root causes of the political heat rise. They emphatically call for a new or amended constitution to ensure a fair play pitch for vying for positions at different levels. Their outcry includes rampant corruption within the government and public circles, hardship living standards for normal and medium citizens, food price hikes, the shrinkage of purchasing power by normal citizens, and allegations of natural resources being leased to foreigners after evicting the Indigenous from the land.
  2. Strategic Conflict Planting: There are indications of strategic conflicts being planted within the political parties.
  3. Resource Allocation Complaints: Mainlanders are complaining that resources are being shifted to the Isles without proportionality.
  4. Religious Clerics' Involvement: Religious clerics are using political platforms to discuss what they believe are citizens' needs. However, their presentations are unpleasant to the rulers, who attempt to silence them through incrimination approaches that embarrass the public at large.
  5. Public Officials' Dishonesty: Citizens believe the government is not doing enough to deal with the dishonesty of public officials who embezzle funds earmarked for project development with impunity. Officials are often only removed from their positions without being subjected to investigations and subsequent court trials.
  6. Economic Dissatisfaction: The majority are dissatisfied with the economic situation for various reasons, including fuel price hikes, intolerable transport expenses, lack of employment opportunities, harassment of small-scale business operators during revenue collection, expensive medical treatment costs, and university students being denied access to higher learning loan funds despite their eligibility.
The government should consider alleviating the hardships of the 'wananchi' and improving the social outlook to avoid giving backlash opportunities that may destabilize tranquility. The government should not opt to flex muscles against the critics but rather focus on resolving the citizens' outstanding complaints. These include issues like land grabbing, access to universal education, affordable health insurance, utilities (water, electricity), reduced transport costs, a reduced tax matrix on salaries, goods, and business transactions, massive employment creation, upgraded retirement benefits to 80% lump sum, and reviewing the pensioner benefits calculator so that any worker leaving employment is eligible for a lump sum payment regardless of whether they resigned or not, as the money belongs to the member, not the government.

Many nuisance indicators are causing the situation to predict a breach of peace, which is within the government's ability to address before it is too late.

There have never been social unrests down the history that counters political feebleness from citizens, all suspected attempts are always grinded to a halt by virtue of corrupting the figures that lead the crusade or intimidations. Is there a way for the grievances to stand the chance?
Most people in our country have the phobia and awe towards the authority, this mental set up only deter any attempt to chastise the government.

Please contribute something constructive so that the government can chip in to resolve the burning concerns of the citizens related to living standards, social welfare, individual economy empowerment, access to health insurance, utility (water, electricity, waste management, environment pollution), service improvement, etc.
