Wataalamu wa Afya wanashauri pindi unapohisi dalili za Corona nenda kituo cha afya ukapime badala ya kuanza kunywa dawa na kujaribu kujitibu.

Inaelezwa kuwa miongoni wa dalili hizo ni pamoja na kupata shida wakati wa kupumua, kupata maumivu ya kifua, kushindwa kulala au kuamka na kukosa kusikia harufu n.k.

Zaidi ya hayo, wataalamu wanashauri kuwa upatapo dalili hatarishi unapaswa uchukue tahadhari ya kuwalinda wengine kwa kukaa nao mbali nao, kuvaa barakoa na kuziba mdomo pindi unapokohoa au kupiga chafya ili usiwaambukize.
