May God open the inner eyes of Tanzanians to see themselves in less mundane cast. This post is a challenge to our collective disposition to nobility, fairness, truth, and patriotism.
If you were not a mere escort, who followed others to this world; and you were not sent here to watch and applaud while others flourish, STOP supporting, electing, and protecting corrupt public officials on the basis of the regional, religious, or political affinity you share with them. Halt the indiscreet task of weaving the ropes with which the oppressors hang you and your progeny. Terminate the unhallowed business of mortgaging your children’s future for a day’s meal. Abstain from getting unwholesome crumbs in return for the wholesome loaves of bread stolen from you. Quit protesting the apprehension, adjudication, and incarceration of unethical bureaucrats. Unshackle your minds.
