Habar jf Chef, naomba kuelekezwa jinsi gani ya kupika uyoga mbichi na mkavu?
 
Chemsha then ipua tayari kwa kuliwa.
 
Uyoga mkavu,
-Loweka kwa muda then osha vizur alafu uchemshe kwa muda pia
Ukishachemka, epua kaanga kitunguu maji kicbadilike rangi sana then tia kitungu thomu na tangawizi mbichi iliyosagwa,
Then tia nyanya tungule chache kutokana na kiac cha uyoga wako, then tia nyanya ya kopo kiac pia, then tia uyoga wako sasa, kaanga kidogo na acha uchemke kidgo afu tia nazi ya kopo km unapenda lkn ata bila naz unalika pia
