Urgent help: Chronic ulceration problem needs to be treated!

Hi jf!
I am ISSA. One of jf members. The heading above is my problem. I have been suffering with ulcers since 2012 but currently the problem seems to be chronic as I started to experiences some terrible signs for example faeces and bloody vomitting. Serious stomach aches that overdo at night.
The problem recurr as a result of failure to get the curable medicines!
I have been recently checked up at Selian hospital (Arusha) and being prescribed to get the following medicines:-
OMOEPRAZOLE
RELCER GEL
HELIGO KIT
An estimate costs of these medicines get to 45,000 Tshs in the medicine pharmacies I have gone to ask.
