Requirements:
Completion of Advanced Secondary School (Form VI) and a college diploma in accounting or business is required.

Job Description:

• Receive, examine and prepare payment vouchers for purchase of goods and/or services, CITIBANK purchase card for different accounts, medical bills/claims, IST grants, leases, Travel advances & reimbursement vouchers. Some of these are of complex nature e.g. the local guard and the Citibank invoices.
  
• Pre-audit documents and determine whether they are legal, proper and correct for payments.
• Prior to paying, review attached documentation, availability of funds, VAT exemption, relevant approvals and receiving report.
  
• The Voucher Examiner then proceeds by processing the payment request via Momentum or E2 solutions, for eventual check/EFT by CFCS.
