Usafi wa mwili

nakaa Ngobedi-B, hakuna K huku, zipo ila chafu chafu za kizaramo, na ni porini, so sina jinsi
kupata nyama ni mpaka Tabata
umbali ni 50 km hivi
Ngobedi-B ni upande gani huko dasalama??..
 
Naswaki mara mbili asubuhi na jioni, huwa natumia wastani wa dakika 5 hadi 7.
Naoga mara mbili sometimes joto likizidi hadi mara tatu, natumia dakika 10 kwa makadirio ila zinaweza zidi cuz lazima nikate gogo kabla ya kuoga!!
