Wakuu katika jukwaa hili, salaam.

Nakuja kwenu kuomba ushauri juu ya matumizi mazuri ya kilevi (WISKY) hasa aina ya GRANTS.

Nikili kabisa kuwa mimi si mtumiaji wa pombe, lakini kwa sababu mbalimbali za kiafya nimejikuta nashauriwa na baadhi ya marafiki kuwa nianze kutumia GRANTS au KONYAGI hasa wakati wa usiku napotaka kulala. Hii ni baada ya kushindwa kabisa kutumia bia kwasababu sioni utamu wake wala faida yake kiafya.

Lakini kwa upande wa GRANTS na KONYAGI nimeambiwa( sijawa na uhakika) kuwa zinauwezo wa kusaidia kupunguza unene, kuondoa corestrol mwilini na pia kusaidia mmeng'enyo mzuri wa chakula na kubalance uzito wa mwili.

Nimejaribu KONYAGI, ki ukweli taste na harufu yake havinivutii na sioni kama naweza kuimudu. Kwa upande wa GRANTS taste yake nimeipenda na ina harufu nzuri kiasi kwamba naweza kuimudu.

Tatizo langu ni kwamba; hizi pombe zinasemekana ni kali sana hivyo kupelekea kuharibu ini kwa urahisi sana, Matumizi sahihi ni yapi? Naweza kutumia kiasi gani kwa siku? na je, ni kweli hizi pombe zinaondoa corestrol mwilini na kupunguza unene?

Mimi ni mywaji wa whisky by decision. Nimezaliwa familia ya wastani ambapo tangu tukiwa wadogo tulionjeshwa bia, nikiwa
A-level bia zilimfanya vibaya mmoja wa rafiki zangu hivyo nikaichukia beer for no reason at all, hivyo sijawahi kunywa bia maisha yangu yote.

Baada ya kumaliza shule, kupata kazi na kushika pesa, nilianza na wines, kisha konyagi na sasa niko kwenye whisky.

  1. Pombe zote zina kilevi, alcohol aina ya ethanol ambayo ina kazi mbalimbali kwenye mwili wa binadamu, sikiwemo dawa zote za kikohozi za maji, zina alcohol kwa viwango tofauti.
  2. Ubongo wa binadamu ndio unao controll kila kitu kwenye maisha yetu, ikiwemo thinking, reasoning, movements, na all the five senses na kucontrol mfumo wa endocrine ambao ndio responsible kwa emotions. Ubongo huu unafanya kazi 24/7 kipindi chote cha maisha ya binadamu

Umeniangusha kidogo tu namna ulivyomalizia kuhusu unywaji wa Konyagi. "Kwa kweli nimeumizwa sana, sikutendewa haki". hata kama ina harufu mbaya mkuu naamini si kama ulivyo iweka.

Kumbuka weewe unakunywa kwa ajili ya ulevi huyu anataka kunywa kama dawa na kaambiwa anywe kabla kwenda kulala itamsaidia kupunguza unene nA cholesterol.

Kila la kheri wote na yatakia maini yenu afya njema.

Mkuu Pasco nimekusoma vilivyo mpaka kufikia kukomenti. Ila jingine ungeongezea faida mojawapo kuu ni kufurahia tendo la ndoa. Yaani hivi vinywaji vikali vina increase metabolic activiy na mwili unakua very active. Sasa linapokuja suala la tendo la ndoa/ngono ndio inapokua ni sheeda.

Whiskey nilitumia sana kipindi napunguza uzito imenisaidia sana. Mleta mada chukua nondo hizo.
 
Mkuu ili kuifaidi Konyagi, kuna vimaelezo wameviandika katika Chupa yake.. Nanukuu.

".. wanyaji wa konyagi hupendelea kuchanganya na kipande cha limao au barafu.." Mwisho wa kunukuu.
