Tuesday evening, we reported the sad news that Tanzanian Bongo star Albert Mangwea a.k.a Ngwair had passed away while in South Africa.
Even more saddening is that Ngwair’s fellow musician, M-to-the-P, who was found unconcious next to Ngwair has also been pronounced dead. This was after being rushed to hospital yesterday where he passed on today.
Before they met their death, they shared a couple of photos having fun before embarking on their drinking and indulgence spree.
According to Vibe Weekly, a medical report by Dr. Shirley Radcliffe of Helen Joseph Hospital, says that, Albert Mangwea died of a heart-attack induced by alcohol, toxicity, drug overdose and over-exhaustion.
The medical report stated that the Bongo star has consumed more than 5 times the legal drink-drive limit in South Africa and had overdosed on heroin, cocaine and marijuana. While the exact cause of M-to-the-P’s death is not known, speculation is rife that he died from the same cause.
It is indeed heartbreaking that such brilliant talent has been lost.
Rest In Peace Brothers.
