Trust you me, nikiwa nyumbani ndani chumbani napiga sana ma push-ups.

Halafu nina resistance/ exercise bands ambazo natumia kufanyia mazoezi badala ya kwenda gym. Gym za kibongo michosho tu....gharama zao kuuuubwa halafu equipment hawana.

So I’m very careful with my workout routines...

It’s almost 7am now. Let me get up and do some arms....
