Understand the core concept of the matter. The guy is a traveler and not a tourist. So to say anything "parks" has no sense.You can visit Nairobi, but you have to spice up your stay with a game tour, Nairobi national park is great, or even can take a tour off the time to the Rift Valley - around Nakuru ..there is the Nakuru national park, so much to do in Nairobi too.
But the Kenyan coast is a better idea,,, Mombasa and Malindi
If I were you I will choose Arusha since it's nice and peaceful you can explore anything you want from good hotels ,safari and many more!I just want to visit any city in East Africa for the vacation thanks for your reply though.

I was thinking of a place to go for a vacation this Xmas and new year holiday just for 2 to 4 days. I thought of Nairobi, Kampala, and Kigali, so which place among these is less expensive and nice for a vacation. Please let me know I want prepare my budget earlier.
NB: Am in Mwanza, Tanzania
Am just a Tz citizen who loves travelling not a tourist.
