Wireless ya Cisco ndiyo nini?
Na mie nimeachwa makaburini hapa, ingekuwa vyema ukaeleza ni product gani ya Cisco unayojaribu kuunganisha.

Angalia system device manager / Expand Network Adapters / then angalia kama kuna wireless adapter yoyote hapo na status yake. Kama hakuna tumia installation media iliyokuja pamoja nayo. Halafu fanya kama maelezo yatakavyokwambia on screen.

Japokuwa maelezo yako ni finyu, ngoja nikupe a general solution. Kama ilikuwepo mwanzo, inawezekana sio tatizo la drivers ila hardware yako ime-fail kuwa initialized. So lets go with the usual suspects. Check kwanza kwenye device manager kama inaonekana. Kama ipo, angalia status yake. Check kama inaleta error code 10, device failed to start. In this case, unplug it and insert it to a different port kama ni USB otherwise kama ni PCI card, shutdown your computer, zima kabisa kwenye socket/UPS then fungua computer yako. Try to re-seat the device on a different PCI slot if any. If not, reseat it on the same slot. Power on your computer and check it out. Kama wireless card yako ina status light, angalia kama inawaka. If this doesn't work, you might try uninstalling drivers for the device by right clicking on the device and clicking uninstall then make sure you check remove driver software from the system. Restart your computer and check if the system detects the hardware. If it does, re-install your drivers as provided with the installation medium the device came with.

NB: This applies to any other device you might run into trouble in the future. Please respond with full model number of your device or the hardware ID which you can find from the details section on the properties page of your device kwenye device manager.
