video converion software for ipod touch

Hi guyz,

I am in urgent need of software that can convert MPEG-1&2 to MPEG-4 or iPod 5G/5.5G so that I may download my videos into my iPod Touch. Before someone suggests, my iTunes that I have in the pc can't convert MPEG-1&2 into iPod format, it can't even 'see' it.

Here is one, freeware but it's no dud.
