After tabling the case, then the question remains to be: Is this a case or not must be answered...
According to Advocate Peter Madeleka, hapa hakuna kesi kwa sababu kosa linaanza na;
å Ukamataji haukufanyika kisheria...
å Ufunguzi wa kesi haukufuata utaratibu wa kisheria...
å Charge sheet imekosewa, haiko kisheria...
So it's possible that, the case can thrown into the cabbage...!!
