You are mixing the issues. Those sisal estates were sold long KITAMBO ago. The terms and conditions were very clearly stipulated in the documents. But instead of developing them as per contract, they used them as collateral for loans, of which the monies were not used to develop the estates but used in other businesses. This was being done for couple of years. However, this govt intervened by taking back the land after this serious bleach of contract.

METL did the same. Why the same actions were not taken against them? My point is; why treat person A differently to person B while their scenarios are the same?

I don't need to justify anything. FACTS speak for themselves.

1. Was the estates taken away from Mo? YES. Was the same done to METL and others in the same scenario? NO.
2. Was Mbowe's farm destroyed (despite his farm being legally registered and licensed to operate)? YES. Did the others on the same scenario (including farmers at Chato) who actually VIOLET the existing laws suffer the same fate? NO.

So, how can you dispute the observations in the article? Come with the facts to dispute all those observations.
