Wajanja wa Mac, come to my rescue

My Macbook Pro doesnt boot, it keeps restarting, giving me a silly message that "Your computer restarted because of a problem. Press a key or wait a few seconds to continue"
I have done all of the above but still it keeps restarting. Kama kuna mjanja ana solution naomba aniokoe.

Kwanza iwashe kwenye safe mode kujua tatizo ni nini.
Kuwasha kwa safe mode - washa computer and ikiwa inawaka bonyeza shift hadi screen ikiwaka.
kisha angalia tatizo ni kitu gani, sana sana jaribisha kuondoa kama kuna app uloweka mara ya mwisho kabla ya kupata hilo tatizo.

Ikisumbua hapo jaribu ku reset NVRAM
