My heart is with Lisa's family who passed away at Aga Khan while I was there with Janet. I didn't know her but the agony she went through. It was purely negligence of Aga Khan to let her die while she went in at 3pm walking and the Dr to operate her showed up at 9pm plus. She was dying by then. What pains me is how The dr told her sister that Lisa is no more. He came late, and when he confirmed that she is gone, he came out and told the sister "hamna kitu ingia ukamwone" no Pole nothing and he left! My hurt sunk! Jamani they should managed a little bit with sympathy! This hospital need to sued! What is the meaning of Emergency at Aga Khan hospital? From 3pm to 9pm.....6hours of agony while waiting for Dr to come operate her? I am very sad and shocked on the passing of this girl, a lawyer 31yrs old.

Mwisa i am sorry for your loss! This message my elicit more pain than consolation to the family, friends and acquaintances. Post mortem and bereavement will be in order; then it can be taken up with the authorities. Hospital, in the background of many challenges--which might not be easily comprehended, should be saving lives and not letting them slip away by challenges. From what you described here, the staff should have been more empathetic.

Every time i think about this incidence my heart jump! It's very sad. Lisa's voice and agony still eco in my mind. I was standing next to her bed one hour before she passed. I wish time could be reversed!
