It's premature to say that it is the low IQ average that's causing the mess. I'm not prepared to say that yet. We are going through some growing pains right now. Give it time and things will eventually come together.

Africans have had plenty of time to get their act together. This is more than growing pains. It is something else.
All functioning democracies (e.g. America, India, Western Europe) were once young yet the population never did what Africans have been doing. Maybe you can point out those underlying factors you are referring to. What are they?
There was some scientific research done that arrived to that very conclusion about Africans. That is Africans have lost out in the genetic lottery. Since IQ score is largely genetic based, that research makes a lot of sense when it comes to Africans.
You'd be an inherently pudden-head being to believe that IQ is some kinda lottery from outer space where some have been blessedly showered with and some sprinkled. Your argument on IQ is a dazed one and nothing short of bigot due to cultural difference, reality cecity and likely circumstantial wealth.

No, you have it the other way around. Cultural difference, wealth etc. are more influenced by IQ and not vice versa. Your IQ is pretty much set at birth i.e. you have won the genetic lottery or you have lost. Any other efforts simply parents take to cultivate their kids intellect simply build on what is already there.

India, cows crossing roads in downtown Mumbai, street beggars almost in every corner mingling and criss crossing high streets with the affluent - what d'you say - low or high IQ?
