So what? Try think are they using swahili like what you want us to do? Language does not mean you have a good knowledge.
Some people had not educated but speaking good English than others who have been educated

Because for many in this country English is a language for show offs, for others to see that this man /woman is educated...and not for communication purposes. As a result they try to use complicated words which in many cases are very unnecessary.
Moreover those who know the language use it to humiliate /undermine others (refer to many examples even in this forum).
