the underlined spoke it allN.B kikwetes time the economy grew faster than this idiot ....padlock Alcohol....
Tanzania will never catch-up with the Post-Hand shake Kenya economy from next year to grow in double digits.
Inazinduliwa lini?Tazara project is 100% completed ahead of agreed time!
The only thing I can give him credit for is trying to clean up the system.... But that hasnt resulted in any growth more than during Kikwete .. infact growth rate imeshuka chini.... Wanadhani kublock Kenyan access to Tanzania ndo kushinda kiuchumi....He is got only one year to seek re-selection...oops re-election again, but so far there is not much one can attribute to him, I remember seeing recent stats by IMF showing Tanzania has slumped in economic growth than ever. So called makinikia stories died with no impact.
The only thing noticeable is xenophobic fear against Kenyans has been increased a notch, may be as a way for deflecting attention.
The only thing I can give him credit for is trying to clean up the system.... But that hasnt resulted in any growth more than during Kikwete .. infact growth rate imeshuka chini.... Wanadhani kublock Kenyan access to Tanzania ndo kushinda kiuchumi....

Much-awaited TAZARA flyover enters its trial phase next month
TRIAL runs on the almost-completed Tazara flyover in Dar es Salaam are set to begin next month before it is fully opened for traffic in October, it has been established.
The Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS) manager for Dar es Salaam Region, Julius Ndyamukama, told The Guardian in an interview on Wednesday that engineers are currently applying final touches to the landmark road infrastructure.
According to Ndyamukama, the major construction work is basically finished and well on time, with the formal project completion and handover scheduled for the end of October.
“All that remains are minor works such as installation of traffic lights,” the TANROADS official explained.
He commended the engineers for “a job well done” so far, but stressed that professional engineering tenets require that a trial phase for such big projects be held before formal opening for public use.
Briefing members of the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) who visited the project early this year, the project’s works execution managing engineer Kiyokazu Tsuji said there will still be a need for more flyovers in other busy road intersections within the city in order to properly control Dar es Salaam’s notorious traffic congestions.
According to Tsuji, although the Tazara flyover will allow people rushing to places like the airport to cross that particular intersection quickly, commuters heading in other directions with equally busy intersections such as Changombe, Kamata, Uhasibu, Mwenge, Morocco, Magomeni, and Tabata will still face traffic snarl-ups.
The Tazara flyover project at the junction of the Nelson Mandela Expressway and Nyerere Road has been funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and will cost a total of $45 million upon completion.
According to TANROADS, the four-lane carriageways will reduce up to 80 per cent of the time spent to travel to the airport from the city centre.

That's poor designed interchange the top most level magari yanapishana one Lane. Only in Kenya the Chinese people do that. Nothing to be proud of as that is 2.5 levels interchange.

Cleaning system can't be done by a one man show, you need to empower constitutional institutions and allow them to do their jobs. Just like Uhuru did recently with the new DPP guy, give them political goodwill and empowerment then seat back and offer all possible support.
But if you make it all about you, definitely you will fail spectacularly. Take a moment and read stuffs happening in Tz, you will realize they are always on some endless cycle, as if running round a baobab tree.
Bila picha hatuwezi debate anything.Ahaaa haaa haaa
Nenda TAZARA ukaone live bila chenga.
