3.Post Mission
According to the relevant regulations of the company, undertake the organization and management of the daily work of the warehouse, be responsible for formulating and revising the management system of warehouse receipt and delivery, operation process, etc., improve the procedures and standards of the warehouse management, ensure the timely supply of materials, optimize the inventory structure, and reduce the inventory cost.
4.Job Responsibilities
1. Daily work task assign and operation follow up
2. Warehouse work plan and space utilization management, ensure all stock has been keep safely and at correct place
3. team member training, supervision and assessment of working performance
4. First in first out management, system exceptional case clean
5. Daily 5S inspection and corrective action plan
6. Daily inventory stocktaking supervision and random check stock accuracy.
7. Operation efficiency improvement and cost controlling
8. Optimization project implementation
9. Other tasks by manager
5.Internal and External Communication
Internal Warehouse officer, Warehouse supervisor
External Planning, Transport ,procurement, admin and finance

7.Job Qualifications
Education background • Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management or business administration
Work Experience 5 years’ experience as warehouse manager in MNC, leading a team of more than 30 people to manage a warehouse of over 5,000 square meters
Language Skill Fluent in English
Computer Skill ERP, SAP and Micro-soft
Other Skills Good communication and negotiation skills
Lean management
TANZANIA labor laws
Time management
Self-motivation and can work under high pressure
Accept overtime work and China culture
