Kwa kimombo...'The jury is still out there'
Kama jaji mkuu maraga alivyosema akitoa hukumu yake, "Election is not an even, it is a process"
Msemo hio huo pia hua unatumika kwa demokrasia, 'Demokracy is not an one time act/event, democracy is a continuos process'
One event where supreme court ruled the way it did does not suddenly whitewash everything that still needs to be fixed.
Katiba yetu ni nzuri lakini bado tunafaa tuhakikishe imefanywa testing to the limit...
Hivyo basi ikabidi tukubali kua democracy is not about leaders following the rule of law because they stand to be seen as democratic... True democracy is when leaders try their best to subvert the constitution but they fail , not because people love democracy but because strong institutions follow the rule of law and no matter who is the president these institutions will dispense their duties according to the law and mandate...
Like barrack obama said in his last interview at the white house when asked about trump reversing his legacy, Obama said, 'Progress never comes in a straight line, it comes in zig zags " you cant measure progress in one event, only through time can you measure progress, There need to be like 2,3 more supreme court rullings by different judges over a eriodq of time b4 we can say their is true separation of powers, this was just the first step
