Nishati ni muhimu sana katika Nchi na Tanzania kama nchi ya kitropiki imebarikiwa kuwe na Jua la kutosha ukiunganisha na vyanzo vingine vingi, vilevile kutokana na Vyanzo vya Maporomoko Nishati ya Jua inaweza ikaunganishwa na Maporomoko ya Maji ili kutengeneza battery ya kutunzia Nishati inayozalishwa (Pumped Hydro); Jinsi ya mfumo unavyofanya kazi nimeshauzungumzia kwenye Nyuzi nyingine.

Ila kwa ufupi ni kila nyumba kuwa connected na panels ambazo zitazalisha umeme na kuingizwa kwenye Grid; malipo kwa mzalishaji itakuwa ni kitu kinaitwa Net Metering ukizalisha zaidi Tanesco wanachukua ziada (inakupa credit) siku ukitumia umeme mwingi kuliko uzalishaji basi unakatwa kulingana na credit zako. Mfumo huu kwa mzalishaji utakuwa wa gharama ndogo sana sababu sasa hivi panels zimeshuka sana bei na nchi nyingi zinatoa ruzuku kwenye green energy; pia mfumo huu mtu hatakuwa na uhitaji wa battery.

Pia Tanesco itaendelea kuwa msambazaji wa kusambaza nishati inayozalisha na kukusanya kutoka kwa wazalishaji mbalimbali (so long as bei yao ni ndogo kuliko wanavyoweza kuzalisha wenyewe)

Mkuu Mtaalamu wa Umeme generation, transmission na distribution...; nikupe ushauri wa bure dunia ya leo kila information ipo waziwazi hii sio rocket science; pili theory za umeme as we know it hazijabadilika tangia enzi za kina Faraday na vile unavyozalisha umeme kwa kutumia dynamo ya baiskeli basics zake hazina tofauti na turbines huko kwenye Power generation...

Kwahio kwa wanasiasa na walamba asali kufanya haya mambo yaonekane complicated ndio sababu kuu ya watu kudanganywa na kuumizwa sababu hawafuatilii au wanadhani hii ni rocket science (ingawa hata rocket science is not that hard to follow)..., Sababu mimi sio kuku hainifanyi kushindwa kutambua Viza....

Pumped Hydro haina ugumu wowote katika kuelewa wala usitake ku complicate mambo... kwahio Hydro (denoting liquid / water) ikiwa pumped kwa kutumia pump ni kwamba unatunza Potential Energy yale maji yakirudi chini (the more the Height the better) yanakuwa na enegy ya kuweza kuzungusha tena turbines (hence working as a battery) na sababu Bwawa na maji yapo this is a very efficient battery (kuna watu wanajaribu kutumia Heavy weights; rolling trains (vyote hivyo not as effective kama maji) lakini Pumped Hydro Electric Storage imekuwa ikitumika tangu enzi na enzi...; sasa ukianza kuniambia mambo ya real picture wakati hata wewe ukijenga ghorofa lenye swimming pool mbili ukatumia mwaka mzima kuchukua maji chini kuyapeleka juu utakuwa umestore potential energy ambayo inaweza kutumika baadae

Hivi hata sasa hivi as we currently go tuna vyanzo vya aina ngapi ? Hivi unajua hata Direct to Grid inakuwa na inverter ambayo inabadilisha DC kwenda kwenye AC kabla ya kuingiza kwenye GRID ? Huwezi kuweka DC kwenye GRID, pia hizo smart invetors zinakuwa zinasoma GRID kukiwa na cutoff automatically na yenye inajizima ili isiweze kuleta madhara wakati wati wanafanya service.... Unazidi kujicontradict tuna source za umeme ambazo hazidi mbili ?; Okay ngoja nikupe hilo kwahio kumbe issue sio impossible ni kwamba sisi hatuwezi kufanya ? (Kwa taarifa yako inawezekena sababu sio sisi tutakaofanya bali ni vifaa ambavyo kwa sasa vipo vinavyoweza kusomana...) na kama kweli hatuwezi na tunataka kuingia UBIA na watu wenye uwezo huoni kwamba will be great to tap in more than 100 gigawatts za umeme ambazo zinapotea kutokana na solar daily ???? without even using extra land ambayo haitumiki kwa sasa ?
 
The Drakensberg Pumped Storage Scheme is an energy storage facility built in the South African provinces of Free State and KwaZulu-Natal starting in 1974 and completed by 1981.[2]

Four dams are involved in the scheme; the Driekloof Dam (joined to the Sterkfontein Dam), the Kilburn Dam, the Woodstock Dam and the Driel Barrage. Electricity generation equipment is located between Driekloof Dam and Kilburn Dam.[3] Since the Driekloof Dam/Sterkfontein Dam also forms part of the Tugela-Vaal Water Project some of the water pumped to Driekloof Dam might end up flowing to the Vaal Dam and not be available for return to the Kilburn Dam. The Woodstock Dam and Driel Barrage are used to supply this additional water to Kilburn Dam when required.

The scheme provides for up to 27.6 gigawatt-hours (99 TJ) of electricity storage in the form of 27,000,000 cubic metres (950,000,000 cu ft) of water. The water is pumped to Driekloof during times of low national power consumption (generally over weekends) and released back into Kilburn through four 250 megawatts (340,000 hp) turbine generators in times of high electricity demand.[1]

Kupata Nishati itakayozalishwa na paneli inategemea mambo mengi kama vile mwanga wa jua, idadi ya masaa ya jua na ufanisi wa paneli. Hivyo jibu litakalopatina haliwezi kuwa sawa kwa kila panel au kila sehemu ndio maana tunachukulia average. Moja ya panel yenye ufanisi duniani Aiko ina power ya 620Wp, na ufanisi wa 24%. Kama hio ndio the best kuna nyingine zinachezea chini ya hapo

Ni Kiasi gani cha Nishati (Units) ambacho Paneli inaweza kuzalisha kwa Siku
Tukichukulia nchi ya kitropiki kama Tanzania tunaweza kusema tuna kama masaa 12 ya jua na kwa kutumia panel ya AIKO yenye 620p na ufanisi wa 24% tunaweza kusema kwamba tunaweza kupata 3.8 kWh kwa Siku

Lakini huenda kuna sehemu ambazo hazina jua sana na huenda kukawa na masaa ya jua kama sita au zaidi kidogo, hapo kwa kutumia panel hio hio huenda tukapata 2.5kWh kwa siku.

Kwahio kutokana na vitu tofauti tofauti, ufanisi wa panel, energy efficiency masaa ya jua, ndio maana it is widely estimated kwamba panel moja ya solar inaweza kutoa 2kWh kwa siku

Nadhani tudeal na usambazaji wa umeme uliopo kwanza
Huo umeme umeshindwa kusambazwa vipi ? Kwamba tuna excess inayozalishwa ambayo imeshindwa kusambazwa ?

Tumeambiwa kwa kudanganywa kwamba umeme hautashuka hata tukimaliza Bwawa na Ku Double Capacity eti sababu matumizi yatakuwa yameongezeka (hivyo tutakuwa hatuna surplus)

Kwa wewe kusema hivi nadhani ushalishwa matango pori kwamba tunahitaji usambazaji hivyo kina ADANI wanahitajika...

Nyumba zenye kufua Umeme na kisha kuwa ni zinazojaza upya pumzi ya umeme kwenye 'gridi' ni uwezekano; na ndiyo, tayari hili linafanyika huku na kule Duniani... Inategemeana na Mazingira ya Eneo na Uwezo wake wa Kisuluhu... Kwa hivyo ikiwa linawekwa shauri la 'Taasisi' ya watu binafsi, wenyekujiweza khasa, ifue umeme na kuiuzia TANESCO, hili linatengeneza hesabu fulani inayoweza kuwa na tija na manufaa ya 'kiuchumi mpana' na maendeleo ya mfumo wa usambazaji wa nishati ya umeme...

... ? ... "njia kuu za uchumi kutomilikiwa na watu wachache binafsi"... ?

Haya ni masuala yanayofungua kopo la chakula kilichochacha na minyoo mingi ndani yake... Masoko na Monopoli; TANESCO bado si 'Taasisi Huria'--inamengi ndani yake ambayo ni mvutano wa ndani kwa ndani kuhusiana na maslahi ya kweli ya Taifa na Usalama Kinishati wa Nchi-Dola...​
