I have a plot (surveyed) next to Mlimani City....eneo ni very commercial. Sasa naomba ushauri wenu. What are my options ili kupa develop either kuweka hotel, au office building. (leaning towards hotel)...don't have the capital at the moment because nime inject all my savings kwenye kabiashara kangu..
