What are some books that expand our mind?

Safi sana mkuu, nimesoma cha kwanza na sasa nipo na audio ya atomic habit nasikiliza yaan utadhan ulikuwa unaniona, kingine kizuri sana ni HOW TO STOP WORRY AND START LIVING by dale Carnegie.
Naam comrade loliondokwetu

As the title suggests the book deals with the utmost important aspect of handling worry. Worry being a Human Psyche without a direct remedy to control and its hard to write a book on this although Author has successfully written a structured approach to overcome the worry and live the life. The book is well programmed and described each possible aspect and methods based on some imminent Businessmen, Doctors, Professionals’ interviews.

It is not like that you find a solution in the book, but this will for sure point out the fact that worrying is a trifle and one should not give our mind, heart and health to it. You may analyse all the proposals which the Author has to share and then can see which fits for you. While reading you would for sure feel motivated, but the most important thing is to apply those tips and tricks in our real-life scenarios. Undoubtedly those rules will ease your tension and guide you to make the best decisions.

I would suggest others to read this once, you might think some methods and proposals are generic but when you understand and apply those then the magic will be unleashed. Definitely a worth read, I will give this 3.5 starts out of 5.

One quote from the book:

“There are two things to aim at in life: first, to get what you want; and, after that, to enjoy it only the wisest of mankind achieve the second.”
