Kwa mfano job advertiser katangaza nafasi ya kazi in a certain organization; watu wakaapply baadae ikaja kujulikana that the company is not existing

Is nt the advertsier bound to do thorough research before advertising?

ofkoz kuna legal technicalities involved kuonagalia the level of proffesionalism involved by the advertise to verify the veracity of the negligence. However its not something that can be discussed fully here and much worse it depends on the circumatances of each particular case.
