Everything must go. The Northern corridor SGR is a separate project with its 'project'. Everything must go. If we are not ready to lay it out now, why not replenish the MGR and execute other possible projects?

I understand your concern. It's very important to be rational. I guess that is why some projects which are not priorities have been put on hold. Dar-Chalinze express way is a good example.
 
I understand your concern and it's very logical. The thing is, the SGR projects are very expensive and consume a lot of resources. It's known the gvt has a plan for that; The Tanga-Moshi-Musoma SGR. But as of now the priority is constructing the central corridor SGR.

Both the Southern and Northern corridor projects are awaiting financing otions to materialize.

Hiyo kitu mimi nimeishangaa pia. Sisi project za ku-revamp hizo kitu hatuajaanza jana au juzi. Wameshtuka usingizini wakati tuna-launch. Hawajui MGR ya kati nayo iko kwenye ukarabati. Tena inafanywa continous welding.

Hako kapicha naona hukaachi popote uendapo. Hiyo kitu ni very possible kwa wanadamu wowote wale. Kimsingi binadamu wa kawaida anatumia sehemu ndogo sana ya uwezo wake halisi. Ndiyo sababu utashangaa kwa mfano, uwezo wa mtu ku-sense pale mlango/milango mikuu ya fahamu inapozima.

Vyombo vya habari vya Kenya ndio sababu kubwa ya wakenya wengi kuwa na uelewa mdogo sana wa mambo, vimekuwa vikiwajaza ujinga na kujiona kwamba wao wapo mbele kwa kila kitu, sasa hivi wanapopata Forums kama hizi zinaziwaonyesha ukweli halisi, wengi wanashangaa sana, hawaamini kinachotokea.

Wewe sasa nimegundua una shida. Hizo external financing kwenye buget support unajua ni asilimia ngap? By the way hizo pesa zinapotolewa zinakuwags very specific ni nini zinaenda ku~finance. Ndiyo sababu utasikia 'barabara hii itajengwa kwa bln 30 fedha za ndani na 70 fedha za nje' kwa mfano.

Sasa hiyo Nyerere H.E.P hao wapuuzi wamegoma kusaidia so watulie waone TZ mpya iko kapabo kufanya nini.

Hapo sijui unachobisha nini. Nchi zetu ni net importers wa diesel. Hivyo tofauti na treni ya umeme unaozalishwa ndani ile ya diesel inakuwa expensive given the expense nature of diesel. Ndiyo sababu hata hiyo SGR yenu mna mpango wa kui-electrify huko mbele.

Tofauti ni kuwa sisi tunajipangia ilhali nyinyi mnaongozwa na akili za financiers.

Stop misusing the word "aggressiveness", you can't use the word aggressiveness and Tanzania in the same sentence. That's like an insult to that word.
