How many buildings are there in Nairobi? I can assure you more than 5000. So from that sample size, you think 2,3 buildings collapsing is a clear indication of the rest collapsing? Don't be stupid. THINK!How many buildings have collapsed in Narobi even without Earthquake?
Tragedy in Embakasi, Nairobi after a 7 storey building collapses, 15 are feared to be trapped
Condemned six-storey building collapses in Kariobangi south
Ubaya ya waTZ ni lack of exposure. Hivi unadhani hilo tetemeko ndio la kwanza kanda hii ya Afrika? Tremors and earthquakes occur several times in a day and you never hear Kenyans 'brag' as a result of NATURAL occurrences.Wakenya msije sema hatukuwaambia ....siku likitokea tetemeko Nairobi na majengo kupukutika ndiyo mjidai kupigia kelele uhuru

Show us any African city where buildings collapse in bigger number yearly than NairobiHow many buildings are there in Nairobi? I can assure you more than 5000. So from that sample size, you think 2,3 buildings collapsing is a clear indication of the rest collapsing? Don't be stupid. THINK!
You have deep seated issues with Kenya but be serious. Yearly? Haha come on. Even if we assume it's yearly, that's at least 1 building in Nairobi according to you.Show us any African city where buildings collapse in bigger number yearly than Nairobi
That's an exaggeration. Buildings are constructed taking into account various factors such as wind, seismic zones etc. You cannot allude that the authorising entity approved the more than 50% of buildings (according to you) without following due protocols. There is a study bro, can share with you once got it. It shows that 50% of Nairobi buildings are not fit for human habitation. They can't with stand such tremors which felt in Dar last night.
Bring it here. Table the facts eliakeem
Interesting.I think t his is one of credible source you can believe.
City Hall plans to demolish over 200 'unsafe' buildings
Interesting.
You however agree that the 50% of buildings you alluded is a false narrative huh?
All of it. Still haven't come across your 50% figure.but have you even read the article?
