You find an idiot complaining about how its life is broken by the society/government/religion/lack of connection etc while they themself can not even do the least like breathing well for oneself! Anyway I am not here to preach to idiots.
I am no preacher; I am a researcher. But I know the code, and that code is the Word of God.
"Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live" (1). "Whomever GOD wills to guide, He renders his chest wide open to Submission. And whomever He wills to send astray, He renders his chest intolerant and tight, like one who climbs towards the sky. GOD thus places a curse upon those who refuse to believe" (2).
People shouldn't suffer unless they are guilty. Their suffering depends on the number of their mistakes. Ignorance is a big mistake; stupidity is a sin. Sin is TRANSGRESSION. Transgressing physical law is transgressing God's law.
Ellen G. White wrote on 30/08/1896: "Every misuse of any part of our organism is a violation of the law which God designs shall govern in these matters, and by violating this law, human beings corrupt themselves. Sickness, disease of every kind, ruined constitutions, premature decay, untimely deaths—these are the results of a violation of nature’s laws."
We agree: one need not believe in a mystical god to understand there are laws concerning life. Call it God's Law, Nature's Law, Universal Principles, or Logic. Both atheists and believers obey it.
There is a law concerning breathing: one ought to breathe deeply and fully. Humans can die in about three minutes without breathing. Improper breathing leads to suffering.
With improvements in digital systems, education, infrastructure, energy, politics, and finances, we also need to breathe properly and deeply. That is the Tanzania we need now, not 5 or 25 years later. No. Now. Proper breathing unlocks unlimited potential to build a just, healthy, and prosperous nation.
None can enjoy development without being able to breathe. A dead man no longer experiences life. Not breathing properly means not experiencing good life. The nation won't prosper if riddled with diseases. COVID-19 showed us that. Preventing disease isn't enough. We must thrive, not just survive.
Imagine a wealthy person enjoying life abundantly and healthily—that's the Tanzania we want. Now imagine the same person struggling with weight issues. Does he still enjoy life fully? Improper breathing may cause weight gain as the body stores more fat, glycogen, and oxygen to handle life better.
Personal/gym trainers should ensure clients breathe properly during exercise to avoid weight gain. Inadequate oxygen prompts the body to retain sodium, water, and energy, disrupting homeostasis. Like a car's oxygen sensors, the body regulates oxygen levels.
Proper breathing promotes holistic health nationwide. Cities with high air pollution often have high obesity rates and other non-communicable diseases. Shallow breathing of polluted air may contribute to these issues. Do villagers breathe deeper? Research is needed. Environmental changes are crucial for deep, clean breathing.
Politicians should understand and practice proper breathing consistently. Deep breathing can solve political problems by indicating moral discomfort. Proper breathing allows individuals to recognize and resist wrongdoing, acting like a lie detector.
Why are politicians often depicted as disproportionately large in cartoons? A sane person shouldn't eat or embezzle to the extent of compromising their own breathing. Both citizens and leaders should breathe well.
Education: Parents want healthy, smart kids. Teachers love curious students. To learn and understand smoothly, one must breathe properly. Curiosity is intelligence.

Non-breathers often can't understand things. Angry people don't hear well due to poor breathing. In conflicts, ensure both parties breathe deeply first.
Meaningful relationships keep us healthier and happier, as shown by a Harvard study (3). Good relationships depend on proper breathing. Divorcees sigh deeply once divorced because they couldn't breathe well together.
Male performance and female satisfaction depend on health, relying on proper blood and oxygen circulation. Proper breathing enhances performance and satisfaction during sex. Couples should practice proper breathing, akin to tantric sex.
As a nation, learning to breathe deeply and properly is essential, though becoming all yogis isn't necessary.
We need to master this simple technique:
i. Sleep, sit, or stand comfortably.
ii. Relax body and mind.
iii. Exhale completely.
iv. Inhale deeply, ensuring the diaphragm/stomach rises and falls more than other parts.

v. Repeat several times and make it a habit.
This proper deep breathing exercise helps you relax, sleep well, heal from pain, and dwell in peace.
As a researcher, I consider breathing a sufficient factor for positive effects, even alone. A poor person who breathes well has a good life already. Bongoland folks say "SATISFIED." The same applies to the rich.
In developed countries, economically well-off people see psychotherapists when life feels off. The first advice they receive is to relax and BREATHE. What are we waiting for?

Exhale thoroughly thinking: "OF GOD," then inhale deeply saying: "FOR MANKIND."
What do you think? Is breathing a cause, a factor, or just an association? Thank you all.
