  1. Life is like those breasts, everyone will stare and admire only if it’s worth something.
  2. Life is like a porn video, interesting to see but actually tough to be carried out.
  3. Life is like a sudden morning boner, everybody will judge you instead of knowing the truth.
  4. Life is like a finger, everyone will raise it against you if you care too much for them.
  5. Life is like a middle finger, you should show them to people who follow point no.4
  6. Life is like a high profile prostitute, it will f*ck you in every direction.
  7. Life is like masturbation, you will enjoy it for sometimes and then have a guilt feeling for wasting your time.
  8. Life is like JF, no matter how good you write; you will have to face criticism.
  9. Life is like a smartphone addiction, no matter how hard you try to get rid of it; you can’t.
  10. Life is like an ice cream, enjoy before it melts.
  11. Life is like a clay; only you own to design it the way you wish.
  12. Life is like a boxing match, defeat is declared not when you fall but when you refuse to stand up again

I am the type of person who always tries to accept and understand linguistic innovations, even if I find them irritating. Fifty years from now I do not expect to be around, but a linguistic innovation might very well have firmly established itself as a change or viable alternative by then.

My working hypothesis concerning like is that, far from exemplifying linguistic sloth, it might be the beginning of a significant typological change.

Unfair and difficult things will happen to you.

People will be mean to you. Loved ones will betray you. You will not get closure on ended relationships.

You will lose friends too soon. People who don’t deserve to get sick will get sick and leave you. People deserving of punishment will enjoy a life they didn’t earn.

Strangers will be nasty to you and you will never see them again. Very bad things will happen to some of you.

Life can be a burden.

It isn’t for wimps, the soft, or the faint of heart. It’s a raw game that dishes out raw deals on a daily basis.

But if you can accept the burdens willingly, if you can choose to learn from them, not to become bitter, to move forward, you will grow and find purpose.

If you can be strengthened by the series of storms that come your way, you will find that you have a life that is well worth living.

You will find there is an abundance of happiness right there waiting for you if you choose to accept it.
