A certain nation in Central Africa recently congratulated the veep of the Peaceful Republic that lies in the Eastern Waters of Africa.
It's astounding that the veep whose congrats was sent to,is said to have been generated from that Bloody nation of Central Africa.
There are so many unanswered questions over those congrats,why did that nation choose to congratulate the veep and not the President?
