Hope this posts finds you well. as you are all aware of what is going on about Kenya politics following 4th March election, and current Raila petition vs Kenyatta victory, i'm sure even Raila himself knows he will NOT win the case due the fact that Kenya legal system is CORRUPTED and Kenyatta & Ruto will make sure whether by legal & illegal means retain their "elect" posts. just want to remind you Kenyatta is the 2nd RICHEST MAN in AFRICA so he can do anything to be president of Kenya. Raila beware!!! dont waste your peanut to challenge Uhuru in Kenya courts.

I partly concur with what you are saying about the Kenyan legal system. Just to remind you, be aware that the constitution of Kenya has empowered the judiciary to be independent. You also need to be aware that not all kenyans are corrupt although some kenyans may be corrupt. Lets give them time and wait their decisions.

Well, just small correction Kenyatta is Richest Man in Kenya (no. 1). though kenya judicial is "independent" but mind you these judges are human being can be corrupted by these 2 big shots (Kenyatta & Ruto) to sail through. In Africa, constitution is just a piece of paper of no value to politicians like Uhuru. If Kenya court were firm enough, Uhuru & Ruto they were supposed to being barred from contesting any elective posts (Refer Kenya Constitution Chapter 6 on INTEGRITY) but because of corruption they manouvre and managed to appear on ballot papers.

In other words you are implying that Raila is a fool to go to the corrupt court to challenge the tallying of votes?Mass action in the streets?I thought the court was very clear on the Uhuru and Ruto verdict...and those activists/lobby groups sponsored by CORD had very poor lawyers who could not come up with anything substantial....

as far as Kenya legal system is concerned we should not expect much from them. even Raila know this. Imagine even Uhuru himslef starts to behave "Presidential" because he is sure nothing will stop him from being President. He has all the money to bribe anyone including Raila. look on how he managed to buy puppet Mudavadi to divide votes.
Uhuru its ur turn to eat.

r u willing to ignore the petition brought about by CORD to the high court because it will require evidence which i know IEBC is willing to hand over to the high court. I read a team that is sensing defeat, then if so why waste energy with frivolous petitions. it is a sign that the chickens are coming home to roost on that day.

uhuru is the richest man and hes is bribing everybody, let us say even the myopic bensouda will b bribed to drop the case is that logical.

isnt it cord that strongly expressed their desire to bring the petition bcoz they have concrete evidence of 'vote-rigging' by IEBC.

in short you are saying there is no real democracy is africa/kenya, yet there is a process of elections and voting that took place. That is the skewed view you want to peddle. infact it is the losers of the 4th march elections that are destroying the reputation of democracy.
