You go to the hospital mama kijacho kapata uchungu you need to give bribe to buy nurses attention.

You are peacefully driving and just ahead of you kunguru mweupe gives you a hand signal, My friend just prepare that 5k or 10k else you might just loose your precious time.

Nepotism is also on the spikes, to get government job connection matters especially at this time when the President gave the government organizations go ahead to issue employment themselves instead of utumishi.

Just to get a government tender you should greese some palms.

I have seen countries where strong, honest leaders have risen and solved the challenges of their nations. In other instances the people have changed corrupt leadership and insisted on probity and transparency. Who can solve Tanzania's corruption?

I will like to have your honest contribution? Is leadership the problem or people?

The following may be among the contributory factory:
1. Poor national culture - resulting to moral decay. Citizens should learn to avoid corruption and related conducts at their home. And so at the national level.
2. Too much flexible or fible constitution. Our constitution can easily be manipulated for the benefits of those in power. So here comes the n necessity of making a new constitution. The issue of political parties is also enclosed in this idea.

3. Negligence of our religious commandments.
The true God commands us not to be thieves or corrupt.
Let's be honest with our God.
4.The issue of our education systems also comes to a point.

To konker the problem we have to build a wall between that island and Tanganyika. That island has made tanganyikans corrupt and non-caring

First, identify the root.

Corruption, bribes, graft are species with same ancestors.

It's a massive subject which need a proper addressing. I hope to contribute more in the future.

However for now, suffice to list few lines for consideration; just to broaden and stimulate thoughts. I randomly put them under the "Levels" of Corruption:-

Please Note: Each Stage/Level has its own types of Corruption and still evolving.

1. Executive Levels (Government) - the main play ground of the problem.

A. Central Govt
B. Ministerial
C. Institutional - Authoties, Agencies etc

2. Legislative & Local Levels
A. Bunge
B. Halmashauri
C. Committees

3. Sectoral Levels
A. Public -
B. Private - Corporate
Business/Hustle
C. Individual Levels
D. Civil

4. Religion Levels
It's far worse here than we can ever imagine or accept.

5. Social Levels

6. Judicial Levels

From the above, you quickly will discover and learn that:-

1. By tracing the roots/causes individually there also lies possible solutions per each individual case/cause.

You need surgical "skills and tools", not hammers.

2. There's no "One Remedy" for all the ailings'. Why? Simple: solutions for ministerial levels cannot work on other areas like religion or social, and so on.
Takukuru is a case in point, very little impact.

Actually, ndio maana pia tangu mwanzo vitu kama Azimio la Arusha vilifeli mazima, lakini badala yake wale wa zamani zile (awamu ya kwanza) wakaamua kujazia mapungufu yao kwa propaganda. It didn't, it was doomed to fail from the outset.

I feel I can significantly contribute on this area, and other areas for good.
Yes tumekwama kwa muda mrefu hapo lakini there are practical workable solutions.

Lakini ili twende sawa, lazima Kwanza tuanze na spinal cord. KATIBA MPYA. Uti wa mgongo ndio kila kitu kwenye structure yetu tunayotaka kujenga au kuifikia.

No other way. No shortcuts.

☹️☹️☹️As long as we live in fear 😧 where the majority of population (🕶) have such poor education, corruption and mismanagement will continue to exist.

It is obvious that the humans are losing the corporate vs human fight that is going on..The longer this goes on..the more we will see measures in the favor of corporations going through. Less philosophy, less art, less english classes so we think less and express ourselves less. More math, science so we become better employees.

Making University more expensive every few years to prevent the non-elite masses from getting any decent education so they are easier to trick into reelecting the same corrupted representatives.

Prices grow faster than salary despite the fact that technologies are improving every day to make our lives ''easier''. People work more than ever and have therefore less time to spend reading/talking about politics.

Eventually..they stop caring and judge people who bring new ideas saying they are trying too hard, that they'll never change anything or that they haven't thought through all the consequences of their ideas which can't be done by single man obviously.

We are young..we are informed..we care..but I am scared that you and I will reach a point where we don't give much more of a shit than all the 60 years old who have voted 🕶all their lives assuming there's actually a significant difference between both.

It's part of our culture. Most of the time bribes are 'offered' to public officials in exchange for favors. It's very rare for officials to 'ask' for a bribe.

As long as people are willing to offer, the problem with persist.
