Then Use that no.
Multiply by 3.
Add 3
Multiply with 3
You'll get a 2 digit number or a three digit number.

Asume you pick, 9.

Multiply with 3 = 27 (9*3)
Add 3 = 30 (27+3)
Multiply with 3 = 90 (30*3); 90 is two digit number
Add the digit = 92 (90+2)

Add the digits as in add that number's digit, meaning ukipata 90 add 9 and 0, uki add 9 and 0, you get 9

Kikokotoo (calculator) changu kibovu, eti kinasema jibu ni 5.

BTW: Namba zote zinazoganyika kwa 9 kati 0-90 zikijumlishwa huwa 9. 9,18,27,36,45,,,,81,90. So thats the multipy by 3 twice thing, same as multiply by 9.
