You need to choose a leader who can make you rich. Corruption is everywhere in worldI choose to have a strong leader who condemns corruption and not a weak leader who cannot help the people and condemn the corrupt

Nyerere was well educated and at the prime years of African countries gaining independence, he was quite a charector to set an example of true leadership but he had a dark side on not being open to criticism, and thats why there only a lot of his good side known to date, I read that Samwel Sitta had a taste of the stick of the cane just because he dared criticized Nyerere.

John Pombe Magufuli, openly told the media to be careful not to criticise him, more and more censorship was made on free speech even youtubers had to pay millions just to have a licence to upload videos, The opposotion parties faced some serious lashes.

We should,
I think they seem dictatorial due the education they get from the Catholic seminary schools
In seminary schools there is no rooms for discussions,no second times to offenders and without forgetting the patriachal top down leadership of the papacy
Catholic presidents tend to copy the church type of leadership

Christian's Presidents are very Proud, Selfish and Arrogant.
Nyerere persecuted his opponent and make some of them to run outside the country like Mr. Kambona. He was a dictator.
Mkapa make some Tanzanians to run the country {Wapemba}. He sold valuable government assets and raw materials in cheap price.
Magufuli was more than worse to his opponents.
And all of them are dead.
All Muslim presidents are alive because of good heart.

Were very educated, Lowest was Masters Degree highest PhD,
Very high Vision: Nyerere - Arusha Declaration, Mkapa - Tanzania Vison 25 (this is a master piece) then JPM: Capital move to Dodoma implementation after decision in 1973, Stigler Gorge (The best of all Projects), a big reap forward project.
Corruption was kept at a minimum, because they were very strict (STRICT not harsh)

Fairly educated, Highest Bachelor, and Lowest Diploma
Not that Strict - Taking issues for granted - matters being solved by themselves
No rule of law - drug trafficking, hyper inflation, Tanzania was broke in 1993.
They have no stress; they live longer because they have hidden a lot of wealth
