Why is faster INTERNET access so expensive in Tanzania compare to Kenya???

Tanzania like Kenya has the save fiber network but in Kenya access to faster internet is cheaper which has allow for companies to have their offices in Kenya while Tanzania has lag behind.

There is more vibrate startup scene in Kenya again due to cheaper and affordable internet compare to Tanzania.

Why has fast Internet not wide spread in Tanzania? Why is broadband still very expensive?
