Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

So a public policy of pay spike was abruptly crafted

But now we know better

There's no correlation whatsoever between high pay and self discipline

Most of highly paid civil servants have also became very corrupt

The higher the pay the more stratified official graft has become

It's in all sectors of our governance

So citing one or two sectors tantamount to discrimination

We do not want to diabolize anybody am I not glad?

Before we meander too far let us refocus ourselves to the military

Our experience not very rosy with men and women in uniform

Our civilian Politicians devised meremeta scams

With cohorts with top military cadres

It was supposed to be buying gold

And sell to the BOT

While the details are murky and arcane

But we are in the know the military bungled it

Our civilian rulers were ensnared to investigate those who are supposed to be their protectors

Meremetagate was in a huff swept under the carpet

No action was taken
