Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

He needed to have said the doctrine of separation of power is part of our basic structure in equal footing with basic human rights

Citing now an infamous declaration which not founded in God laws that our constitution has no basic structure

As if they power tipsy, they boldly proclaimed lies stretching that the parliament once the quorum requirements stipulated in our constitution have been fulfilled can mutilate our constitution the way they want

This was and still wrongly decided case and will remain so forever

To acquiesce to this decision means the parliament is above God which not only false but a lie

Parliament has no power to extinguish our inherently given rights to live eke out a living and access to means of survival such as health education among others

God gave us life and according to that decision parliament can take away life

After fulfilling the requirements of the constitutional quorum, parliament can knock off all articles of the constitution which confirm not proclaiming our basic right to life

So, defending the indefensible made us to engage a rethink gear

Do we have any reason to continue pay a huge cost to sustain the judiciary in its current structure and modus operandi
